Complimentary coffee and tea will be available exclusively for vendors and authors during setup.

VIP ticket holders may enjoy access to refreshments during registration.

VIP attendees receive exclusive first access to the event floor, authors, vendors, and photo opportunities.

The event floor opens to all attendees.
Guests can explore vendors, meet authors, participate in activities, and enjoy the full Indie Fusion experience.
Event Close & Teardown
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Vendor & Author Teardown
Vendors and authors may begin packing up.
All teardown must be completed by 5:00 PM
